The 'post advert' service provides a platform for you to advertise your goods and services just like a newspaper provides advertising space for individuals and companies. At the moment, this service is provided in good faith as a free service to members.
On accessing and posting adverts on Postwagon now and on each subsequent occasion you will be deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions that apply to its use. Postwagon reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time and it is your obligation to check if changes have been made. Your use of this web site after changes are posted on-line shall constitute acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
In consideration of Postwagon agreeing to you searching this website, you agree to use, reproduce and print contents of this website only for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce copy, download, redistribute, transmit, display, republish, alter, adapt, create derivative works from or otherwise re-utilise or extract any material contained here other than the allowed features of the site.

Your advert copy (including text and images) must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and comply with the Nigerian Advertising Standards.
We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by you in your advert copy. Accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us which are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by you.
Postwagon is part of Wagon Solutions and information supplied in this site may be shared within the group. We do not pass any information to third party companies but your advert may appear in one of Wagon Solution's chosen partner websites.
The copyright in all adverts shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.
Your Personal Data
By submitting your advert, you are requesting that your advert appears on our Website and in our partner websites. This means that the advert, including your telephone number and company details (where applicable), can potentially be viewed by all persons with Internet access throughout the world. You consent to the publication of your data in this way.
Changes, Cancellations and Interruptions
Once accepted you may amend your advert in accordance with our company's procedure. You have the right to delete the advert for any reason at any time. (Go to your “Edit Active Adverts” page to find the delete button or call any of our customer helpdesk lines for assistance).
It is technically impossible to provide a Website free from interruptions and (except to the extent that interruptions are caused by our negligence) we do not guarantee that your advert will be provided continuously or free of faults. In addition, we will need to carry out maintenance of the website from time to time and in doing so we shall attempt to keep the disruption to your advert to a minimum.
Unacceptable Adverts
Shotguns, handguns, rifles, and other firearms including ammunition, de-activated weapons, replicas and antique guns are not acceptable.
Adult videos/materials are not acceptable.
Adverts requiring houseboys or house girls are not allowed.
Models wanted by unknown photographers are not acceptable. However, models required by registered model agencies are acceptable.
Beauty therapists need to produce proof of training/registration before advertising in the services section. Please scan and email a copy of your certificate to our email.
Adverts selling Recharge card for GSM/CDMA phones, satellite systems (D2 Mac decoder) are not allowed.
No “rewards offered” adverts are allowed.
Pirated Softwares copied onto blank CD's or DVD’s are not allowed.
Sony PlayStation games on silver disc, modification or converter chips for Sony PlayStation or pirated copies are not allowed.
Cigarettes, Indian herb, cigars or alcohol are now allowed.
Adverts offering several items in bulk are not allowed. (ie more than one laptop, TV etc).
We may amend this agreement at any time and a notice will be placed on our website. Any amended agreement will govern your use of this service from the date that it is posted on our website.
Breach
Without limiting our other remedies, we may immediately issue a warning, suspend or terminate your access to our service and refuse to provide our services to you without notice to you: (a) if you breach this agreement or the documents incorporated by reference; (b) if we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; or if we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or us.
If any of these terms and conditions shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.
